The guys from Kia have big plans with their K900 model as the car will act as the company’s flagship model and at the same time it will come to be the brand’s first vehicle with rear-wheel drive and a VB engine in the US.
Thus, things are getting pretty serious at Kia, the company having its dealers undergo workshops (trainings) in order to have them at their full potential when trying to sell the USD 60,ooo car. Kia Motors America spokesman Scott McKee said that the training experience “is designed to shift the culture, prepare authorized K900 dealers to welcome customers who may have never visited a Kia dealership and bring with them expectations set by other luxury brands.”

Also, he went on to say that this particular car is directed towards “independent thinkers” and after the Super Bowl ad, the company believes that the new sedan will come to be a success and more dealers will sign up to sell it once public awareness for the it grows.

We’re saying this because only a few dealers, around 30 percent, have paid a premium to sell the car. So, when it will finally hit showrooms in March, it won’t be that big of a launch. Still, they have great expectations with the K900 and we can only say that we wish them the best.
