Kia Expands Australian Dealer Network

Kia’s Australian division is expanding its dealer network, as the company has signed a partnership with Griffith Motor Group, which will see the later offering retail and service for the company’s vehicles.

Kia vehicles will be added to the group’s portfolio of brands in a one-stop showroom. which is located at 1 Griffin Street, Griffith.

We’re pleased that Griffith Motor Group has decided to support the Kia brand in the Riverina,” Kia Motors Australia President and CEO, MK Kim said. “They offer nearly three decades of regional automotive sales, service and parts experience in a large region of over 24,000 people.

“Particular attention has been paid to suspension and steering,” the executive added. “We wanted to make sure that all new vehicles provide the best possible road feel and feedback, especially when travelling the high speed and sometimes rough open roads common to Griffith and the surrounding regions.”

The last few months have seen Kia introduce multiple vehicles that have been optimized for the Australian market, with company engineers setting the cars up specifically for the local drivers and conditions.

We are well networked, we employ the best staff and we are confident the Kia brand will deliver a mix of product and price that will be very well received by residents and visitors to Griffith,” said Dealer Principal Ian Parker. “I believe that Kia has a great deal to offer the Australian market and I look forward to working with Kia to improve brand awareness and sales here in the Griffith area.
