Kawasaki rolls a new off-road machine for the kids, the 2014 KX85. Packing almost 30% more displacement than the smallest KX, the 65, the new bike now brings even more options for the youngest riders.
Building on the proven reliability of the KX series, from the smallest to the top machines, the 2014 Kawasaki KX85 delivers 20 percent more peak power , with increased response in the mid-range torque thanks to revised Power-valve system.

A 6-speed transmission makes sure the engine is capable to deliver the exact amount of power to the ground according to the racing conditions and track configuration, while the Uni-Trak rear and USD front suspensions are fully-adjustable.

The new bike retains the acclaimed high-tensile steel perimeter frame and comes with wave rotors for top-notch braking power. Weighing in at 165 lbs (less than 75 kg), the 2014 Kawasaki KX85 is extremely nimble and provides a gradual progress from the entry-level KX65 to the bigger machines. The price announced by Kawasaki is $4,349 (€3,399).
