With a huge collection of over 190 vehicles in his garage, including hyper cars, muscle cars, old timers and even bikes, Jay Leno is one of the biggest petrol-heads out in the world.
Here you can watch a video on how Jay and his mechanics managed, after a lot of troubles with the engine, to restore a 60s Maserati 3500 GTi in almost two years. It was a barn-find held in a storage lock-up since 1981. Still, the paint and everything looked pretty decent.

The Mserati 3500 GTi was introduced in 1961 as the first fuel-injected Italian production car. It had a 5 speed ZF S5-17 gearbox, disk brakes on both axles and a 3.5-liter straight-six cylinder DOHC engine with Lucas fuel injection system, that was producing about 240 bhp. That might not seem like much today, but it was cutting edge stuff back in the day.
