Is that a scene from the new Hulk movie or is it a Tron fan? Neither, it a car thief who's been sprayed in the face with a brand new chemical dye that's only visible under ultraviolet light.
Yafel Askale, 28, thought it was going to be another good day taking other people's belongings, when he was actually taking stuff from a police trap car fitted with a device that sprays an special dye. This is invisible to the human eye, but glows green under ultraviolet light.

Askale only got a GBP400 fine and 49 hours community service. However, these images of him covered in dye have been released by Brent Police, in North-West London, as a warning.

"This is another excellent example of the thorough work completed by Brent Officers. Using the trap car technology we were able to charge Askale and put him before the courts. The trap car forms part of an overall crime reduction strategy designed by SmartWater which is an effective weapon in the armory of tools that we routinely use in Brent. We will continue to target those who are insistent on committing these types of offense. Brent Police say very clearly to any would be thieves - don't come to Brent - our trap cars and trap houses are waiting for you," said Detective Inspector Madeline Ryder, of Brent Police.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
