It wasn't too difficult for me to choose the top SEMA car for this year's edition of the Las Vegas show. I'm talking about the Lamborghini Huracan drift car you can see here and most of the credit I'm giving it goes to the way it is used.
Sure, many SEMA creations get driven around, while some of them end up wearing the sad garage queen crown. But the Huracan drift machine here is something else.

That's because the project was built for Samuel and Eva Stina Hubinette. Theses Swedes, which have been married for one decade now, are both stunt drivers in Hollywood, so it's not difficult to understand their vehicle choice.

Speaking of which, this Huracan goes all the way, having been converted to rear-wheel-drive and packing a hydraulic handbrake.

And while the V10 Raging Bull doesn't seem to pack the kind of extreme steering angle we've seen on Daigo Saito's Lamborghini Murcielago pro drift car, both Eva and Samuel seem to be doing just fine without such a feature while drifting their Huracan around other Lamborghinis.

While many aficionados dream about pulling a few tire-slashing stunts around their dealership, these people went ahead with the plan - they took the Sant'Agata Bolognese to Lamborghini Newport Beach and used some other Raging Bulls parked there as cones.

You can check out their adventure in the overly cool piece of footage at the bottom of the page while we're here, doing the slow clap.

For the record, Eva Stina explains she inherited the automotive passion from her father, with Mr. and Ms. Hubinette now dreaming about staring in movies past the stunt driver level.

Do these guys have kids and, if so, do the little ones have an automotive obsession too? Try to spot the three blond children in the second video below, which comes from Samuel's Instagram, and you'll get your answer.

Update:We added a third video below, showing Eva Stina getting into the details of this Lambo - the Hubinettes apparently started off with an LP580-2, so the RWD setup came from the factory. And while both the driver and the car have the power to ruin one's focus, it's worth paying attention to the tuning details dropped here.

Update2:Yep, another clip is here and this time we're dealing with the behind-the-scenes video from Lamborghini Newport Beach.
