As there are slim to no chances of getting behind the wheel of a racing Lexus LFA and hit the Nurburgring for a couple of laps, we will have to resume at playing simulators and gaze at this video above.
What we got here is not a regular Lexus LFA, but the Gazoo racing version. Fitted with a 4.8-liter V10 that pushes over 500 PS (367 kW) through a sequential paddle shift transmission to the rear wheels, this screaming demon can do a Nurburgring lap in just 8 minutes and 33 seconds.
The Gazoo LFA is also a lot lighter, having the same CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) body paneling as the street version, but a stripped down interior. Helped by the racing suspension and the other bolt on aerodynamic aids, the pure racing car can corner as flat as a pancake.
See it in action down bellow in the clip.
