Hodge Unveils the Hawk, the Car-Bike-Jet

This is definitely not a plane, a car or a motorcycle but rather a combination of the three. In an era when everything seems to have been invented, New Zealand-based designer Alex Hodge comes up with something that might make any hawk jealous.

According to Auto Express, the daring designer has created the Hawk, a sort of a three-wheel vehicle combining the performance features of a motor bike, the comfort of a luxury sport car with the styling of a fighter jet.

The odd vehicle is powered by a 999cc Honda RC51 V-twin engine which could rev up to 10,000 rpm. In case you wondered what top speed the Hawk could reach, the answer is 233 kilometers per hour... in theory. Assuming that you reached this specific speed, you shouldn't face any problems when attempting to rapidly put the brake on the sprinting. With three 19-inch lightweight alloy wheels equipped with  twin rear and front disc brakes, the Hawk allows the driver to brake in a hurry.

Going inside the cabin with a curved glass hood, the driver encounters an interior made of  moulded plastic and leather trim, with digital dials giving you the vital information about the vehicle. However, this is a high-performance vehicle you can only enjoy by yourself as it features a single race seat.

If that doesn't sound catchy enough, you should know the Hawk's shell is made of fibreglass. Furthermore, the Hawk has a full-width air intake at the front and a  pointed rear hiding the exhaust.
