There are probably very few things by which you can be ashamed in a Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren, but hitting a curb and being filmed and seen by a lot of people is probably way up there.
Plus, when the SLR McLaren in question is an even more rare Roadster - and not just any Roadster but the limited edition 722S model – you're bound to be the target of some unwanted attention.
In short, the following video is all about Deadmau5's Nyan Cat Ferrari “Purrari” 458 Spider, but just wait a few seconds and you will see a white Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722S Roadster trying to turn around and park from as little moves as possible.
Unfortunately, his (or her) driving skills and spacial awareness don't exactly seem to be at a high level, so it rather vehemently bumps into the sidewalk. As the car had already gathered the videographer's attention with its simple presence, the sound heard when it hits the curb is sure to have gotten pretty much everyone's attention.
On a scale of 1 to 10 (where 1 is an unexpected dog bark and 10 is a screaming clown on fire which is pedalling on a unicycle), we would give it a solid 5.
As most of you are aware by now, this year's edition of the Gumball 3000 is well underway, but we don't know if the SLR McLaren driven by a horrible driver is participating or not in the cheesy transcontinental rally.
Deadmau5's Purrari is definitely part of the event though, as the incident in the video below was filmed by car spotter TheStradman in Miami, Florida, on the first day of the rally. Hopefully, the other Gumball 3000 participants are a bit better at parking or U-Turns than the guy (or gal) below.
