Great news for the Harley-Davidson Tourers owners out there: Cyril Huze got wind of the new exhaust system which will be widely available from Jerry Covington's performance parts shop.
The Destroyer system was to be seen only on Jerry's one-off machine, but it looks like he decided to share the might of these menacing exhausts with the rest of the H-D riders. So it comes that the Destroyer makes it into mass production and will be offered in either chrome or black.
Sold with all the needed heat shields, O2 ports and plugs and mounting hardware, the Covington Destroyer will soon be available for $1195 (€920) in chrome and $1295 (€997) in black, MSRP. For a limited time, early adopters of the Destroyer can get these evil exhausts with a $200 (€154) discount.
Finally, just like we all expected, they're not legal in California: “Not legal for sale or use in California on any pollution controlled motor vehicles. Legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used, registered or licensed for use upon a highway.”
