So, you rode the Triumph Rocket III and still feel there's something missing. If that something is some extra juice, sigh not: a trip to Carpenter Racing should solve the problem, as the guys can fix you really good, with a 210 or 240+ HP kit.
So if you fancy a 100 HP boost for your Rocket III and still own a street-legal ride, Carpenter Racing is the place to go. Kits are available via mail order, but they also offer a Drive-in, Drive-out service. Even more, new customers can get their 2012 or 2013 Rocket III already upgraded for around $35,000 (€27,085).

The 240+ HP kit includes:

• CNC Ported Head
• Custom-Ground Proprietary Cam
• Slotted Adjustable Cam Sprockets
• 12 Custom, Shim-Under Tappets
• Custom Titanium Retainers
• Custom Valve Springs
• Custom-Forged, Domed, Semi-Slipper pistons
• Custom Clutch springs.

A milder, 201 HP is also available for those who don't feel like drag racing. Speaking about the kits, Bob Carpenter says: “This thing is so strong, at 700 pounds you don’t need 1st gear,” Carpenter said of the prototype machine. “ll we basically did was put more fuel in it and let it rev up. The limiter comes in at 5,800 rpm. We had ours up to 9,000.

Nobody is beating our Hayabusa's and 1000’s, and nobody is going to beat this bike. We think the Triumph, even with all its mass, will be a contender. We think this bike will give the Hayabusa a run for its money.”
