The 2020 Acadia brings forth a bold grille design, LED headlamps with signature daytime running lights, Rear Park Assist, and the AT4 trim level. The 2.0-liter turbo is standard on SLT models, complemented by a nine-speed automatic transmission. Additional enhancements include the head-up display and touchscreen infotainment system with the OnStar telematics suite.
Moving on to pickup trucks, the 2020 Canyon levels up to a remote locking tailgate available as an option and standard Tire Fill Alert that provides audible and visual indications. The All Terrain with either two- or four-wheel drive is now available with the Driver Alert Package, and the Carbon Black Metallic exterior color is offered on every cab style and trim level.
As the more premium-oriented alternative to the Silverado 1500, the Sierra 1500 enters the 2020 model year with a 3.0-liter turbo diesel from Duramax coupled to a 10-speed automatic transmission. The CarbonPro Edition with a carbon-fiber bed is another highlight, along with the ProGrade Trailering System that features a segment-leading 15 camera views in total.
Heavy-duty customers are also spoiled for choice for 2020. The all-new Sierra HD commenced production earlier this summer, and the 3500 in Regular Cab, long box, rear-wheel drive, dually, Duramax configuration is capable of towing a class-leading 35,500 pounds. The segment-first Rear Camera Mirror, smart trailer integration, and 15-inch HUD round off the list.

An improvement of 41.3 percent over Jun 2018 is how the cookie crumbles, but in terms of overall sales, General Motors dipped 1.5 percent in Q2.
