The Zandvoort race in the 2013 DTM Championship was brilliant, at least for Brazilian driver, Augusto Farfus. It was there where he claimed his second consecutive win this season and provided an impressive performance for the audience.
Despite failing to stop Mike Rockenfeller from claiming the season's title, the BMW Team RBM pushed Augusto to the limit, keeping the Audi driver at bay for most of the race. As easy at it sounds, video footage from inside his car proves just how competitive and hard working Farfus is.
The Zandvoort circuit, known for its dangerous turns because of the sand blown onto the track from the windy shores of the Narrow Sea, was the next-to-last of the 2013 season.
The last race is set to take place on the Hockenheim on October 20th, with no stakes for the Driver's Title but chances for BMW to win the Manufacturer's Championship. Either way, you can rest assured there will be plenty more action on the track, just like what you can see in the video below.
