With next year’s US Grand Prix, set to take place on a very fast street circuit through the streets of New York, Red Bull’s F1 team decided to do a promo video, in order to get people talking about the upcoming event - they succeeded with a breathtaking video.
It featured David Coulthard driving last year’s F1 car around the streets of New Yor and New Jersey, and even through the Lincoln tunnel, at great speed. After releasing the finished video, Red Bull have now released the ‘behind the scenes’ video, as well. It shows the extensive preparation needed to make the vid as good as it is, with police closing off roads, so that the F1 car could be driven as it should.
This latest video makes the wait until the actual Grand Prix on American soil seem even longer, but we have no doubts that it will all be worth it, and, this time around, it will be successful.
