Something we’re pretty excited to see at this year’s Indian Auto Show from February 7 is Ford’s new Figo concept. This particular vehicle is a small sedan similar to the Ka but with a ferocious front that reminds us of an Aston Martin. We must say that it looks quite promising and it is expected to rival Tata's Zest saloon and also Hyundai Grand i10 sedan.
We must say that the guys from Ford did a pretty nice job with this Figo as it incorporates an interesting design direction. As we have already mentioned, Figo’s front is very Aston Martin-like making it look pretty luxurious and confident but the rear doesn’t really match the overall look.
Even so, it still looks apealing and we're certain that Ford customers will enjoy the vehicle's looks.
Concerning the engine, the sub 4-meter long Figo is expected to be available with a a 91hp 1.5-liter turbo diesel, and possibly a choice of a 1.2-liter and an EcoBoost 1.0-liter petrol unit. We’re not exactly sure, therefore we’ll just have to wait a few more days to see what Ford has prepared for us.
