The Ford Fiesta facelift has been officially launched in hatchback and sedan variants on the Chinese market. The sedan actually debuted last year in November and was supposed to go on sale in December. However, that was a bit ambitious, an it finally arrived a month late.
The Ford Fiesta facelift will be built by the Chang’an-Ford joint venture. It will be sold with outdated 1.5-liter 110 hp four-cylinder, available with either a six-speed manual or a five-speed automatic. Later on, a new base car will come in the form of a 1.3-liter petrol engine.
If you're reading through the article in order, waiting for the letters "ST" to pop up, we'll tell you the hot Fiesta will be launched in May and will come with the 180 hp version of the 1.6 EcoBoost engine. It too will be locally assembled in China.
