When you gotta go, you gotta go. Florida man is back in action, this time on a bike, which he rides straight into a gated police parking lot, so that he can pee on police cruisers.
It happened in Fort Pierce, Florida, and the dude is William Leal-Vasquez, aged 30. According to Local 10, Leal-Vasquez had been out for drinks after work and was on his way home when he suddenly felt the urge to urinate.
Because peeing in nature must go against his principles, Leal-Vasquez decided that only a police cruiser would do. So he rode his bike into the gated parking lot of the Fort Pierce Police Department and peed on one of the parked cars.
When officers asked him why he’d done such a thing, he calmly informed them that he’d had 3 beers and felt like he couldn’t hold it any longer. “He rode his bike into the gated police station parking lot and urinated on the police car,” according to the affidavit.
Whether he thought such a deed was funny, Leal-Vasquez got a sobering lesson when he ended up spending the night in custody. According to the outlet, he was charged with trespassing and released on bond the next day. Next time he thinks peeing on cops’ cars is a good idea, the memory might convince him otherwise.
That said, even if he hadn’t trespassed on the Department’s property and had chosen to urinate on the side of the road, Leal-Vasquez could still have gotten in trouble. Peeing in public can lead to charges ranging from public urination to the more serious public exposure. The latter could even land you on a sex offenders list.
In short, when you’re out drinking, make sure you don’t get the urge to go number 1 on the ride home. It’s easier that way, for everyone involved.
