Ferrari 612 Splits in Two After Hitting Pole in Russia

We’re pretty sure you’ve never seen a car crash quite like this one. The incident happened last Saturday, in Moscow, Russia, when the unweary driver of this Ferrari 612 Scaglietti lost control and had a huge impact with a very thick metallic pole.
The result? Well, the 612 split in two, with the engine, front part of the chassis, front bumper and part of the front left fender ending up in e different place altogether than the rest of the car. However, this just goes to show how well these supercars (the 612 does have supercar pace, without a doubt) are made and just how safe they can be.

Despite the sheer extent of the crash, of the four people that were in the car, only the driver suffered minor injuries. Which is nothing compared to what happened to his net worth after the incident.
