The video linked here shows what to us is one of the biggest and most spectacular accidents we’ve ever seen, and yes, it did happen in Russia, as, apparently, a truck’s brakes failed and then it literally ploughed into several trucks and cars.
You may be wondering why the trucks are driving so slowly and why the truck driver with the camera is keeping a safe distance. Well, apparently, the drivers in the area already knew that a brakeless truck was heading their way and they were prepared for it - didn't do them any good, really.
Sadly, there was nothing they could do and what resulted is as tragic and sad as it is spectacular. Remember to watch out for trucks as even ones with brakes can prove to be deadly with theright wrong kind of driver at the wheel.
