The accident was caused by a truck which attempted to enter a fuel station, probably to buy a 330 ml (10 oz) can of cheap vodka refuel, without so much as a glance to its right, otherwise, its driver would have undoubtedly noticed the other truck speeding towards it and closing in fast.
The crash is extremely spectacular and it is a good show, since nobody got hurt in the process. It does illustrate the dangers of driving any sort of ‘oversized’ vehicle among smaller cars and pedestrians - it is honestly a recipe for disaster.
