It was only two days ago when we showed you an utterly disturbing piece of footage recorded in Florida, showing a driver that deliberately steers into a motorcyclist and then runs over his bike, with the rider and his passenger inches away from being crushed.
The driver was apprehended shortly after fleeing the scene of the crash and was detained. He was identified to have a longer criminal record that includes burglary, battery, and drug possession. On a $25,000 bond now, he will appear in front of a judge shortly.

We reported that the footage seemed to show that none of the occupants of the motorcycle appeared to be injured, but in reality, things are different. The rider has a broken leg, and, according to ABC News things are spiraling.

The injured motorcyclist, alongside the other riders in the group testified that the entire thing had started over a mile up the road, when the man in the silver car started to drive erratically and visibly be very angry and aggressive.

Returning from a Memorial Day ride, 46-year-old biker and Navy veteran Joseph Calderazzo felt compelled to confront the driver, Robert Paul Vance. Vance put the car in reverse, drove several feet, then steered right and accelerated, running the motorcycle over.

Calderazzo also declares that he feared for his life: "I thought the guy was trying to kill us obviously. You don't know what's going through (his) mind. Is he going to put the car in reverse? Is he going to turn around? Is he going to stop and pull out a gun?" he added.

Several motorcyclists pursued Vance until he stopped, and one of them was also clipped by the driver. Currently Vance is in jail, with the first confirmed charges being "sideswiping one of the witnesses, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and leaving the scene of an accident involving injury." Reportedly, attempted murder charges may also become part of the game.
