We’ve seen a lot of interesting advertising campaigns over the last year, but it seems Chrysler really hit the nail on the head with their most recent effort. To make a long story short, Dodge teamed up with Paramount Pictures for a marketing collaboration that features Will Ferrell, none other than Anchorman’s Ron Burgundy.
The four TV spots that resulted feature Ron Burgundy promoting the 2014 Dodge Durango by advertising its glovebox compartment or by comparing the Hemi V8-powered vehicle to a... horse. We obviously don’t want to spoil the ads, so we’ll let you check them out for yourselves below.

"The Dodge brand's irreverent tone and attitude make Ron Burgundy the perfect pitchman for the new 2014 Dodge Durango," said Olivier François, chief marketing officer of Chrysler Group. “By joining forces with Paramount Pictures, ‘Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues’ and Will Ferrell, we’re able to show the new 2014 Dodge Durango and its cutting edge technology in a completely unexpected approach that is fresh, funny and culturally provocative to our audiences.”
