Famous poker player Dan Bilzerian has recently posted a picture with a brand new Ferrari 458 Spider in red on his Twitter Account. Funny thing is, the sports car is allegedly a two-week loaner/gift he got from a close friend, another poker player. So now we’re wondering if this queen of hearts is actually a lost bet.
Now this guy definitely has it all. Co-funder of an online poker room and a notable player that is passionate about cars and guns, the 33-year old is a 4-year military veteran that just won’t stop partying. Looking at his social media activity for a couple of seconds will make you want to go to Vegas for the weekend without even packing.
Well, when you have that kind of life, it’s only natural you’re surrounded by rich friends. It seems that Brandon Steven, a professional poker player and owner of a used car auto shop, is one of those amigos. “I’m leaving Aria last night and my buddy gives me his new 458 spider, says take it for a couple weeks and drive the shit out of it... #ItsGoodToHaveRichFriends,” Bilzerian wrote along the picture he posted three days ago.
And this sports car powered by a 4.5-litter V8 engine derived from a shared Ferrari/Maserati design is definitely what you want to drive “the $hit out of”. Having a 562 horsepower motor that will bring up 398 lb-ft (540 Nm) of torque, this ride is just to good to be true, even for a hustler like this fellow.
However, considering what Bilzerian is doing for a leaving, we are going to have to be a bit skeptic before we actually buy into the "two weeks gift" story. In fact, it much rather looks like a won bet if you ask us.
