While there are some tasteful Russian tuners out there, we suspect that the majority of ‘tuned’ cars in the country are done by the owners themselves and often end up being embarrassing. Take this Infiniti FX, for instance. It has custom chimney-style exhausts which only boost one sound - the sound of people laughing as you pass by for minutes on end.
Why would someone do such a thing to what is, basically, a luxury SUV for snobs? We fail to see the fun in fitting such a system to any car, let alone a luxury car which is supposed to make you feel and look better than lesser car owners. Our recommendation: never fit such a pointless contraption to your car as you will only be laughed at, along with your car, countless times, before you realize how dumb the whole idea really is and take it off.
