Cross Roads Subaru Wins Sales Team of the Year Award

Famous Warwickshire-based dealer, Cross Roads Subaru, has managed to scoop up a major automotive industry award, as Cross Roads staff were presented with the ‘Sales Team of the Year’ prize in front of over a 1,000 leading automotive industry figures that attended the Automotive Management magazine award ceremony, held at Birmingham’s ICC.

The team was recognized for its customer service skills, the excellent staff development processes and the performance in customer satisfaction surveys. This year’s competition was substantial, but the independent business managed to see off many larger dealer groups and manufacturers retail outlets.

Jon Mathers, Managing Director of Cross Roads Subaru, collects the award for 'AM Sales Team of the Year' from the BBC's Kate Silverton and Barclays Partner Finance Sales Director, Andrew Brameld.

“In years gone by, large dealer groups typically walked away with this award; however, thanks to our dedicated, hard-working sales team we’ve excelled in terms of customer satisfaction.  2011 is already shaping up to be an incredibly exciting year for us and with lots of exciting new product in the pipeline. We plan to continue building on this success,” said Jon Mathers, who is also Dealer Principal.

“Cross Roads Subaru has proved that exceptional customer service is paramount in the current tough economic climate.  The Subaru dealership network is going from strength to strength and this award is a further endorsement of the high quality of sales staff we have in our nationwide team,” added Marketing Director of Subaru UK, Kenyon Neads.

The Cross Roads Subaru is an independent dealer located in Tredington, Warwickshire, UK.
