If there was a list of irrelevant records to be broken, ‘The Longest List for Santa Claus’ would definitely make the top three, and yet, Mini are determined to be the company that holds the record. They will be making this ‘longest list’ by involving most of its major markets (Germany, Russia, the US and the UK).
Also, they plan to personally deliver letters right on Santa’s doorstep, and thus, they will form a convoy which will travel 3000 km (1864 miles), from the BMW Headquarters, in Munich, to Rovaniemi, in Finland, within the Arctic Circle, in the land where reindeer roam free, and the liquid in your eyes begins to freeze if you stay outside for too long.

The convoy will set off on November 24th, and once it reaches its destination, it will be greeted by Finnish rally legend, and winner of the 1967 Monte Carlo rally, Rauno Altonen, who will show off his skills at the wheel of the new Mini Paceman.
