Long story short, the car has a lighter chassis, a turbo engine and dual-clutch gearbox with launch control, making it the fastest Clio RS ever.
While press photos were enough to keep us happy during the week, the weekend has arrived and we need more. Production models are going to roll off the line in March, but the press cars are ready.
Turkish automotive website otomobil.com.tr is the first to have released video footage of them testing the new Clio RS in what looks to be sunny Spain (we could be wrong).
The impression we got is that the Clio will be lot more refined when you’re not going full-throttle. Compared to the old car, which we tested last summer, it’s only a bit quicker off the line, but the extra torque makes it much faster once you go past 100 km/h or so.
