In case you were not aware already, owners of the Mercedes-Benz CL 65 AMG C216 have a big problem. Huge one actually.
Did you know that the four-tip exhaust for that torquey twin-turbocharged V12 upfront only emits a single type of sound?

That is a serious problem that only an electronically-controlled exhaust butterfly valve can fix. Sure, you will say that many tuners and even Mercedes-Benz now offers those on some of their models.

The interesting bit is that the electronically-controlled exhaust featured in the video bellow doesn't create two opposite types of sound – as in, “residential area quiet” or "racing loud” – but two types of sporty ones.

Made by the Japanese tuners at Office K, the exhaust can either sound like a higher pitched sports car or like a rumbling muscle car at the push of a button. Or, how some would say, it's a problem solved.
