The guys over at the Auto Firm Miami-based shop posted a short clip on their Instagram with the American basketball player Carlos Austin Boozer Jr. trying to fit his legs into a Lamborghini Aventador. The 6ft 9 in (206 cm) sportsman has always been a huge fan of the super sports car, but could never own one because he just wouldn’t get in.
And just when you think money is the reason you can’t ever drive a 700 horsepower beast, considered one of the world’s best super sports car ever created, it hits you: the real issue is the height of the driver. Now, that is something we never thought would stop a car-enthusiast.
Being a close friend of Alex Varga, The Auto Firm’s owner, Carlos Boozer had got his Jeep Wrangler Unlimited done, recently. The white “warrior” is just another beautiful work, getting the off-roader upgraded to 10-inch (250 mm) extended wheelbase, a Dana 44 rear axle with a 3.73 gear ration on it and the Command-Trac 231 transfer case.
But who ever thought the real crush this Chicago Bulls power forward has is with a Lamborghini? Well, according to Alex Vega this is the case, who quoted next to the video: “My boy mrcBooz is gonna kill me for posting this video, but it’s way too funny…. He’s been wanting a Lamborghini Aventador since they came out, and always bugs me about finding a way to make him fit.”
