Chevy Super Bowl XLVI Ad Competition

Chevrolet has big plans for its Super Bowl XLVI commercial: the company won’t just make a new ad for the game, but has created a competition for this instead.
The “Route 66”-branded commercial is the big prize for which producers from 32 countries are fighting. As you can see, Chevrolet has gone even further with the original approach and is asking film makers outside the US to create the ad. The company said that there’s also a good reason for this, as 60 percent of its vehicles are sold outside America.

The automotive producer has released a video that shows us the selection process of the competition, so you know what to expect for the big game. We have to mention that the Route 66 commercial will be one of the five clips shown at the event.
