The Frankfurt Auto Show allowed us to meet the facelifted Audi A5 range, with the most attention being gathered by the RS5 coupe German Power soldier. Now, it is time for us to see how the topless incarnation of the RS5 looks like.
Audi has filled a trademark application for the RS5 cabrio, as Carscoop.blogspot.com writes. The vehicle comes with the same exterior changes as the coupe, which means that we get multiple exterior touches that make the car appear meaner. Just like the standard A5 cabrio, the car will have soft top.
Under the hood we'll find the same 4.2-liter V8 powerplant that delivers 450 hp and 317 lb-ft (430 Nm) of torque. Mated to a seven-speed S-Tronic double-clutch gearbox, the engine pushes the car past the 62 mph mark in under 5 seconds and onto an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).
