The English countryside is a maze of hedges and trees, a lush green garden where foxes may roam freely and birds chirp away in the morning sun. But that probably means nothing if you’ve got an Audi R8 with a vanity plate.
While blasting though the Hampshire countryside, at night when there’s little to no traffic, this Audi sportscar owner lost it and crashed through a garden at 1AM, according to The Sun.
It all happened in the sleepy village of Awbridge. According to the report, the owner had immediately fled the scene after the accident.
“I was very upset because my children’s toys were in the garden and they have been trashed, but I was quite relieved that no one was hurt,” said Shaken Paula Rigby, the owner of the garden the R8 crashed into.
