Aston Martin Vulcan Long Nose Rendered as Street Car, Has No Wing

There seems to be a thing about British track cars that get road vehicle conversions and I'm referring to the stratosphere of the market, where we find contraptions such as the McLaren P1 GTR and the Aston Martin Vulcan. Unlike the Woking animal, though, the Leaping Cat isn't based on a street model, with Gaydon having introduced the V12 monster as a circuit tool from the get-go.
Aston Martin only build 24 units of the 800 horsepower naturally aspirated monster that is the Vulcan. And with each being offered for around $3 million, owners are offered track experience to learn how to manhandle the RWD animal.

Then again, one of these aficionados decided his Vulcan actually belongs on the street. The gear head turned to a specialist called RML Group, who went through quite a bit of effort to make the Aston eligible for that number plate. And you can turn to the piece of footage at the bottom of the page for a summary of the transformation.

Of course, there's always room for more in the automotive realm. As such, I've brought along a rendering that portrays a true Vulcan street car.

One would obviously be driving much slower on public roads compared to the track. Among others, this means bystanders would have more time to check out the car, hence the introduction of a transparent engine cover that allows one to behold the individual throttle bodies of that atmospheric V8.

The generously-sized wing of the Aston Martin Vulcan is gone, while a pair of air intakes seems to have shown up just ahead of the rear wheels - I really don't have a reasonable explanation for the last and it seems that neither does Yasid Oozeear, the digital artist behind the work.

Then again, perhaps it's best to try and enjoy this long nose (oh yes, another big change) dream rather than attempt to explain it.
