Each manufacturer has celebrated achieving a given number of Facebook fans in their own way. Well, instead of doing a video about it like most others, Aston Martin have made a special edition DB9 called the 1M, letting everybody know that the British manufacturer now has one million fans on Facebook.
The 1M gets a great looking blue paint job with special white graphics (lines which flow along the body - not a bad design idea for a tricky situation, as the DB9 simply wouldn’t have worked with most kinds of on-body graphics). To finish off the look, the special edition car also gets 20-inch Silver Diamond rims and a white surround for its grille and special leather finishes on the inside.

We genuinely think that the result is quite successful, and as the DB9 is approaching the end of its life, we may start to see more special editions and a ‘swan song’ version before it finally dies out - keep in mind that the car was first shown in 2003, and it was put on sale in 2004, so it’s already 8 years old.
