As of the beginning of this year, the all-new 2014 Mazda6 sedan has gone on sale in the US market, starting from as low as $20,880 (pricing not including the $795 destination charge). So all in all, the car starts from $21,675, which is a $155 increase over last year, but still very competitive.
The mid-level model is called i Touring, starts at $24,495 and comes with 19-inch wheel, leather and powered seats and a Commander Switch system that comes with a 5.8-inch display.

The top-of-the-line Mazda6 is the i Grand Touring that starts at $29,495. It comes with dual zone climate control, the complete slew of safety aids, leather upholstery, a six-speed automatic gearbox, a powered moonroof, a rear lip spoiler, bi-xenon high-intensity discharge (HID) headlights with auto leveling and paddle shifters for the gearbox.

The new Mazda6 is available in a choice of six colors: Soul Red Mica, Liquid Silver Metallic, Snowflake White Pearl Mica, Jet Black Mica, Meteor Gray Mica and Blue Reflex Mica.

All models come with the same new 2.5-liter four-cylinder petrol engine with 184 hp and 185 lb-ft. Mazda has also confirmed a diesel 2.2-liter will be available in the States, though you’ll have to wait until the second half of 2013. However, even the gasoline model is quite efficient, achieving EPA fuel economy of 25mpg city, 37mpg highway and 29mpg combined. With the optional automatic gearbox, this jumps to 6mpg city, 38mpg highway and 30mpg combined.
