The Porsche 911 (997) GT3 is one of the most track-focused road cars available from a mainstream manufacturer. It features a 3.8-liter flat-six engine which is not aided by any sort of forced induction. It gets 429 hp of instant power - the advantage of a naturally-aspirated unit.
One such car, with dark-levander-coloured wheels and an Akrapovic exhaust was recently spotted by Marchettino. Aside from the attention-grabbing wheels, the exhaust which lets the engine ‘breathe out’ more easily adds a whole new dimension to the experience, making the engine considerably louder and more present, considerably boosting the car’s appeal for a keen driver.
It also featured the rear wing off a 3.8 RS which thoroughly completes the racy look that the owner was aiming for, and the small Nordschleife sticker on the back lets everybody know that the owner is a ‘Ring fan.
