It's not like the current Gen 5 Dodge Viper needed tuning assistance to go out with a bang (the snake will be put to sleep after 2017, remember?) and yet GeigerCars decided to deliver a monstrous aftermarket pack for the ACR track-savvy incarnation of the supercar.
When writing the title above, we tried to think about whom this car will upset the most - will it be the Hellcat fans with their straight line bragging or the hypercar aficionados that have already seen the factory Dodge Viper ACR outgunning the McLaren P1 on Laguna Seca? Our conclusion pretty much speaks for itself.

And that's because the tuning process starts out with an awesome massage for the 8.4-liter V10 under that long hood of the ACR. As a result, the output jumps from 645 to 765 hp and the best part of it is that the vee-ten has kept its naturally aspirated form.

The output premium has been achieved thanks to racing-style polishing, with the list of upgrades including custom intake valves, a more aggressive cam setup, as well as a stainless steel exhaust with less restrictive catalytic converters. Everything is kept in check by reworked ECU mapping, And yes, the badass contraption is still street-legal.

Then there's the aero upgrade: while we don't get the new downforce values, throwing a glimpse at the thing might just convince you to try and find a road for driving it upside down once you get up to speed. Oh, and let's not forget the custom wheels (we're dealing with forged rims here).

If you're planning to let GeigerCars play with your ACR, be prepared to spend $46,000 on the adventure. The aftermarket developer also offers the one-stop-shop approach that sees it buying the car and tuning it for you, but that means you'll have to part ways with a $248,000 slice of your bank account. Let the track day hostilities begin!
