Americans will get the A7 in three different trim levels: Premium, Premium Plus and Prestige. The entry-level Premium starts at $68,000, taxes not included, while the Premium Plus retails from $72,400. The top of the range Prestige will set customers back $76,300.

All versions of the A7 come equipped with the new 3.0-liter TFSI V6 engine with exhaust gas-driven twin-scroll turbocharger, replacing the existing belt-driven supercharger on the previous power plant.

When mated to a seven-speed S tronic dual-clutch automatic transmission, the engine produces 335 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque, allowing for a 5.2 seconds 0-60 mph acceleration time.

For the first time on the A7 range, all models will come equipped as standard with a Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) technology. This uses a 48-volt system, a 10Ah battery, and a belt alternator starter to make the engine more fuel efficient.

As one might expect, the A7 is loaded with the latest technologies developed for both driver assistance and infotainment. No less than eleven assistance tools are available, ranging from adaptive cruise control to rear cross traffic assist.

On the inside, Audi’s MMI touch response system allows the driver to control all of the car’s features, while two versions of a touchscreen, a 10.1 or an 8.8-inch, depending on the trim, gives access to infotainment features.

“The all-new 2019 Audi A7 builds on the heritage and success of the first generation, featuring a more precise, modern exterior and interior, as well as the next generation of lighting innovations and available driver assistance systems from Audi,” says Audi in a statement.
