Normally, when testing a luxury SUV like the 2014 Lexus LX 570, you’ll be curious about how it rides, what kind of materials are found inside, how much technology lies in its cabin to make it more convenient and eventually how the vehicle can tackle a bit of off-roading.
Still, because it’s a big vehicle with a huge engine under its hood means that you can also tow a boat, a trailer with two ATVs or a motorhome. And because your vacation won’t last a year, you’ll want to tow it like you stole it.
The guys over from The Fast Lane Car are here to show us how fast the LX 450 can reach 60 mph from a standstill while towing a medium-size boat on a trailer.
The test took place at one mile above the sea level, where the LX pulled a 9.25 seconds run from 0 to 60 mph without the additional weight. Check the video bellow to see how it did after the guys attached the trailer.
