Even though the Toyota Sequoia is mainly a Tundra converted into an SUV, the 2014 model will still wear the old Tundra design, reveling the fact that the automaker may softly kill it due to low sales.
And that is what Auto Middleeast said also after testing it recently. They reviewers loved the interior but the unappealing exterior styling spoiled the experience.

They also found the Sequoia incredibly spacious, especially after folding the rear seats down. The highest trim level also comes with leather seats, infotainment system, backup camera, blind spot monitor and more.

Power is provided by the same engine found on the Tundra - a 5.7-liter V8 producing 381 hp mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox with “Super-Intelligence” that alters gear changes according to the situation.

Although its a bit outdated, the Sequoia can be a good alternative for the much expensive Land Cruiser.
