Based on the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, the Lexus GX fits perfectly between the smaller RX crossover model and the LX full SUV.
The 2014 Lexus GX remains quite the same, but with the latest facelift it managed to pull itself more apart than the Prado, now wearing the signature spindle grille and other updates that makes it look more like the LX model.

More gainings include ample amounts of soft leather, wood trimmings, a redesigned dashboard with a bigger 8-inch touchscreen multimedia system and more. Powering the GX is a 4.6-liter V8 engine making 292 hp and 438 Nm of torque.

Auto Middleeast took the new SUV on a ride and found it more improved, “worthy of the badge worn on the large spindle grille and the asking price.”
