The Gallardo was one of Lamborghini's most successful models. During the 10-year production run that started in 2003, they made a little over 14,000 units, and some of them are looking for new homes. Thus, if you want to spice up your life with a real supercar, then you've come to the right place, as the pictured example is for sale.
It is a 2013 model, meaning that it came to life not long before the Sant'Agata Bolognese exotic car marque pulled the plug on the series to focus on its successor, the Huracan, and it is in the LP 550-2 configuration. A continuation of the Valentino Balboni and Bicolore special editions, it was the lowest-priced Gallardo, and it still does not break the bank.

In fact, it is offered for sale in exchange for $134,900. Sure, you may argue that there are far more affordable examples of the Lamborghini Gallardo out there, some of which are valued at five digits. However, this is a well-preserved copy that recently ate $12,000 in maintenance. Therefore, it should be ready to hit the road with no issues, with emphasis on should because it's not barely driven. The odometer reveals around 19,500 miles (~31,400 km), so it has seen a lot of action (for a supercar) these past ten years.

Finished in white and decorated with stripes at the front, sides, and rear, this previous-generation Italian supercar rides on black wheels with a five-spoke design. It has an all-black interior that mixes leather with diamond quilting and suede, and we think it has aged like a fine wine. Some may call that Audi-sourced infotainment system with no touchscreen aging, but we think it looks better with the small display. It would have been more graceful with no infotainment system at all, but at least you can access some functions by pushing a few buttons.

As any car enthusiast can tell you, the Gallardo LP 550-2 had 550 ps (542 hp/405 kW) produced by its naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10. The engine kicked out 398 lb-ft (540 Nm) back in the day, and everything was directed to the rear axle in this model, hence the '2' in its name. It won't blow your socks off in terms of straight-line performance, with the 0 to 62 mph (0-100 kph) acceleration being a 3.9-second affair, but it will corner better than any mainstream model. After all, this is a full-blown exotic built to devour apexes.

If you want to sign your name on the dotted line, you must check out the GarageKeptMotors ad here. The car is in the United States, and pre-purchase inspections are always welcomed, though by appointment only. So, have you found your next used dream machine?
