2011 NAIAS: Orange Lexus LFA

Speaking of “finish”, Lexus is using this year’s edition of the Detroit Auto Show to bring the LFA into the spotlights once again, with the company introducing an orange coat for the vehicle.

Here’s how the automotive producer describes the LFA: “The new Lexus LFA marks an important moment in both the history of Lexus and the development of the supercar. A true "clean-sheet" design, the Lexus LFA was created by a small, passionate and dedicated team of engineers whose achievement has been to push the boundaries of technologies materials and engineering at every stage to produce a car like no other to have carried the Lexus badge.”

We’ll remind you that the vehicle, which had made a religion out of carbon fiber use, is powered by a 4.8 liter V10 unit, which allows the driver to play with 553 hp and a maximum torque of 480 Nm.
