If the standard 1969 Chevrolet Camaro is too mainstream for you, there’s a good chance you’ll totally be impressed by one of the 201 COPO 9561 Camaros ever built.
This 1969 Chevrolet COPO Camaro, also known as Hoosier Hell after managing to set the IHRA World Record in B/Stock, can now be parked in your garage, as Overstreet Collection has recently posted the car on eBay.

It goes without saying this is one super-rare car, as the COPO 9561 Camaro is believed to have been built specifically for a limited number of customers who wanted the 427 V8 engine at a time when GM was limiting its units to 400ci (6.6 liters).

One such customer was Kris Mahen of New Castle, Indiana, who transformed his new 1969 COPO Camaro into “Hoosier Hell”, a Dover White 4-speed that eventually held the IHRA World Record in B/Stock,” the selling company explains in the message posted on eBay.

In addition to the 427ci  engine, the car also comes with a red interior in tip-top shape. Also impressive is the mileage of the car, as this Camaro has a little over 600 miles (965 kilometers) on the clock.

Still sporting its original Red interior, the car has been skillfully returned to the plain-wrapper state it was in when delivered new from Queen City Chevrolet in Cincinnati, Ohio, but with one very significant difference: today the speedometer shows just over 600 actual miles, 67 of them added to the car in quarter-mile increments,” the seller says.

A typical COPO model, the Camaro also features as number of extra goodies, including the F41 suspension and a 12-bolt Posi-traction rear end.

Given all of these, you really shouldn’t expect the car come cheap. And it doesn’t. This super-rare Camaro can be yours for no more, no less than $175,000 and you can send your offer using the eBay link above.
