A beautiful Ford Mustang Fastback Eleanor Tribute Edition is going up for grabs in just a few weeks from today, and it is a great way to spruce up that classic car collection if you can afford it.
Based on a 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback, it features the correct bodywork, including the silver paint finish and black racing stripes. Moreover, the VIN plate and emblems were issued by Gone in 60 Seconds LLC, which is the owner of the Eleanor licensing rights, and it's listed in the official Eleanor registry.

Other highlights of this stunning build include the correct meter gauges with white dials, bucket seats, a hard headliner that improves the headroom by two inches (50 mm), a professional sound system with a subwoofer and a touchscreen infotainment system that also features a sat-radio, navigation, and rearview camera, power windows, power door locks, and an air conditioning system.

This gorgeous muscle car that is a tribute to the iconic Eleanor featured in the 2000 blockbuster movie 'Gone in 60 Seconds' also gets extra sound-deadening for a quieter ride, a much-needed upgrade that allows the driver and passenger to talk without yelling at higher speeds. Speaking of the firepower, it is a 407 ci V8 with electronic fuel injection said to produce 500 horsepower, hooked up to an automatic transmission that delivers the output to the rear wheels.

Built by a company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, it has put only 143 miles (230 km) on the odometer ever since it was completed, so it is a brand-new ride waiting to be driven the right way. According to the ad, the build paperwork, installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and genuine certification accompany it. And as anyone who knows a thing or two about movies and/or cars can tell you, no Eleanor is affordable, especially a Tribute Edition featured in the official registry.

This one is expected to fetch about as much as a relatively modern supercar with blue blood running through its veins. According to Mecum's estimate, it will change hands for anywhere between $275,000 and $325,000. For around $300,000, one could get roughly six units of the all-new 2024 Ford Mustang, packing the naturally aspirated 5.0L V8 engine, or nearly ten EcoBoosts, aka the one with the 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine under the hood.

A star of the Kissimmee auction that will be hosted in Florida between January 2 and 14, 2024, this 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback Eleanor Tribute Edition will be offered at no reserve, and there's still enough time to consider whether it's worthy of your collection or not. Either way, it shouldn't stay too long on the second-hand market, as a deep-pocketed enthusiast will likely fetch with the first chance they get.
