A truly revered maxi scooter, the Yamaha TMAX is ofter referred to as a motorcycle with a step-through design. Its brawny 499cc injected, liquid-cooled twin engine packs quite a punch for both slow city rides and fast highway hauls. Even more, the 2009 MY TMAX is also a worthy choice for longer trips, too, as it offers great weather protection and generous storage.
The frame is aluminium, with R6-derived brakes for the 15" wheels, adding to the smoothness of the ride and the reassuring feeling. Add in an easy-to-use automatic transmission and a lot of motorcycle-inspired features for even more convenience.
