YAMAHA Stratoliner Deluxe (2012-2013) Specs, Performance & Photos

The Yamaha XV1900A was a cruiser motorcycle that debuted in 2006 and continued production until 2017. In the US, the bike was also known as the Star Roadliner and Star Stratoliner (US touring version), and in the UK at Yamaha Midnight Star.

In 2012, the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer launched the Yamaha Stratoliner Deluxe, a motorcycle with more accessories than ever, including a navigation system and an audio-ready fairing, making it the new standard in baggers.

The 2012 Deluxe version was fitted with standard features, such as a single headlight unit up front integrated into a stylish front cowl with a small wind deflector, a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, a two-piece dual seat, side-mounted hard panniers for extra storage, a single exhaust system, and 12-spoke lightweight aluminum wheels.

The 2012 Yamaha Stratoliner Deluxe had its heartbeat set by a massive 1,850cc four-stroke V-twin air-cooled engine with a fuel injection system in charge, delivering an output power of 99 hp with a peak force at 4,250 rpm and 167 Nm (123 lb-ft) torque at 2,250 rpm.

The power produced by the engine was transferred to a five-speed manual gearbox with a wet multi-disc clutch and set to the rear wheel through a low-maintenance final shaft drive.

The bike was built around a lightweight aluminum frame with a 46 mm preload-adjustable telescopic fork on the front and a single shock absorber on the rear, providing excellent handling capabilities.
