The 2013 MY Piaggio MP3 400 can take on the roles of a daily commuter, weekend leisure trike and is even capable of long hauls. At its heart lies a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 398cc, single cylinder Masted engine paired to a continuously variable transmission (CVT), that produces 34 horsepower and 37 Nm of torque. In addition, it comes standard with a windshield, a spacious dual seat with lumbar support for the rider and a pillion backrest and grab handles, which increase its long haul capabilities. The innovative parallelogram front suspension technology with an electro-hydraulic suspension locking system makes for an agile and plush ride, whether through busy city traffic, or winding mountain roads.
