The 2010 MY Piaggio MP3 250, as its previous embodiments, sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 244cc, single cylinder Quasar powerhouse mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT), and can produce 22 horsepower and 21 Nm of torque. It is suitable for novice riders, who want to experience the trike world, thanks to its user-friendly power delivery, as well as more experienced ones who prefer a lighter, nimbler and fun trike. It features the acclaimed parallelogram front suspension and two hydraulic shock absorbers in the rear, which significantly increase its cornering abilities, as well as make for a plush ride. In addition, a generous two-up seat and passenger grab rails, mean it can be enjoyed solo or two-up, whether on boulevard strolls, or on weekend countryside trips.
