The Moto Guzzi Griso was a series of naked road motorcycles made by Moto Guzzi from 2005 to 2016 in three different engine sizes. The 1100 was presented in August 2005, the 850 in April 2006, and the 1200 8V in November 2006 and sold since September 2007.

In 2008, the Italian motorcycle maker released the Moto Guzzi Griso 1100, a naked machine similar to the previous model, packing the same technical, visual, and performance specifications without any significant modifications.

The bike was fitted with factory-mounted standard features, including a round headlight with instruments mounted on top, a one-piece dual seat, a two-into-one exhaust system with a silencer mounted on the left side, and lightweight three-spoke aluminum wheels.

It was built around a detachable tubular duplex cradle frame with a 43 mm inverted fully adjustable telescopic fork on the front, offering 120 mm of travel, and an adjustable shock absorber on the rear that provided 110 mm of travel.

As for the braking system, the bike was equipped with two 320 mm brake discs with four-piston calipers on the front and a 282 mm disc with a dual-piston caliper on the rear, providing optimum stopping performance.

A 1,064cc four-stroke air-cooled Two-cylinder engine was mounted underneath the fuel tank and was managed by an electronically controlled fuel injection system. As for the power figures, the engine produced 88 hp at 7,600 rpm and 89 Nm (66 lb-ft) torque at 6,400 rpm.
